Small Congregation, Large Hearts!

The ABQ FaithWorks' staff had the joy of meeting Rev. Sung-Eun Kim, the Reverend at University Heights UMC of Alb. NM. Rev. Sung-Eun lived in Chicago before coming to Albuquerque and has been in Albuquerque for about six months.

University Heights UMC is a small church, but their congregation has large hearts, and is committed to providing meals for those experiencing homelessness in Albuquerque. Our congregations remind us that the size of the congregation doesn't matter; a positive impact can be made in our community by the intentionality of our actions.

We are thankful to have University Heights United Methodist Church in our collaboration and look forward to continued collaboration.
