ABQ FaithWorks seeks a dynamic executive director to lead the faith collaborative in safely housing asylum seekers and people experiencing homelessness, and to integrate them into healthy communities.
Versatility, compassion and calm visionary organizational skills are the hallmarks of ABQFW's next leader. The executive director oversees a staff of three to executive the housing/homelessness program and the asylum seeker program.
This exciting position involves leading a network of congregations and volunteers to provide assistance to people in need. An important part of the work is to create educational and training opportunities for member congregations, and to inspire people to volunteer time and financial support. The ideal candidate will be able to nurture programs from creation to fruition; oversee policies and procedures; give attention to administrative details including budgets, contract/grant management and data collection; and to connect ABQFW in a meaningful way to broader provider systems.
